I would just like to take this opportunity to express my high opinion of the service you have provided me these last few years. You made me feel very welcome and comfortable and were extremely helpful. I can not express enough the help and support you have given me over these years. If there is any issue with the property or any maintenance requirements you are straight onto getting the matter resolved and never have I had to wait for repairs to be dealt with. The staff/companies you use to resolve these matters are always extremely pleasant, highly skilled and trustworthy. Regarding inspections of the property, which is a requirement in renting, you have always made this a very comfortable experience and never have we felt intruded in anyway. To find an agent who is so thorough in their work, who cares for the properties they manage and the tenants they are providing these properties to, is huge bonus to any Landlord or prospective tenant. I would not hesitate in highly recommending any Landlord or Tenant to use this company, I could not fault Avon Property in any way and find the service they have provided us as outstanding and have no doubt whatsoever this will continue.
