Tenants

We believe in looking after our tenants. You’ll find that we will be fair with you throughout the whole process beginning with the initial viewing right through to when you leave the property. You pay good rent and therefore are entitled to a good standard of service. Equally we expect you to be fair with us and pay your rent on time and look after the house.

Referencing

If you decide to rent one of our houses we will ask you to pay a holding fee of £200 to secure the property while we do our checks. This £200 will eventually be deducted from the deposit once you move in so is not an extra fee. We will then do our reference checks which includes credit checks, employer checks, bank checks and previous landlord checks. This process usually takes between 7 -14 days. If you withdraw from the process or your references prove to be unsatisfactory then you will lose the £200. If we decide not to continue then we’ll refund your £200 (except where the references are unsatisfactory).
