"My family and I have lived at this property for the past 22 years and we have thoroughly enjoyed being here. It is a cosy and comfortable house with spacious living throughout. The house has had an extension onto the garden which has been great for entertaining and dining with my family. The garden has always been an enjoyment of mine and because of its size it is very low maintenance to keep tidy. In terms of the area, Warren Avenue Park is a short walk away and is ideal for a stroll or walking the dog. Nearby we have some great restaurants which are only a 5 minute walk away, Lezz-et Mangal is a great Turkish restaurant and Madhuwan Indian is another favourite of ours.

The house is in a prime location near to the local shops and is a short bus ride to Bromley town centre. Bromley South and Grove Park station are nearby and both are great commuting into London which is about a 25 minute journey. Ravensbourne railway station is also just a 10 minute walk away, offering a service into London Blackfriars.

I now need to downsize to a smaller home which means I can choose a property that will be better suited to my needs as I get older but I'm sure this house will provide the safe comfort that I have had over the many years of being here."
