I moved into this home when I was 2 days old and I'm now selling it after 35 years! It was a great family home and a fantastic area to have grown up in where you are surrounded by a warm & friendly community. The neighbours always looked out for me as a kid and are always welcoming to new people moving into the area. Take a 5 minute walk down the road and you'll be at a parade of shops with a news agent, a hair salon, a tailor and a tea and cake shop for families. Opposite the shops is Holly Oak park with a playing field to kick a ball about, or a woods to walk your dogs in.

A 7 minute walk from the house is Days Lane primary school. This is known as one of the best primary schools in Bexley and as a former pupil I can vouch for that! It's a real community school too - I made friends there that I'm still friends with to this day.

At each end of Days Lane you have lots to choose from - Halfway street has my favourite bakery in the world! It also has a Co-Op supermarket, takeaways, an Italian restaurant and loads more. To the other end of Days Lane is Blackfen high street. This has everything - a Tesco, cafes, takeaways, shops for kids and the George Stables pub. Further down Blackfen you'll find the Jolly Fenman pub which does nice food, roasts, shows the footy and has a nice pub garden. There's also a good micro-brewery in the area along a parade of shops called the Oval. The B13 bus runs along Days Lane this takes you to New Eltham train station if you're commuting. Or in the other direction you can get to Bexleyheath with the broadway shopping centre, cineworld cinema, bowling, and loads of restaurants and pubs. The house is also perfectly located for jumping in the car and having great days out across Kent!
