Having never lived in Lee before I didn't know much about the area but was attracted to it because of the quick commute into London and short bus ride to Blackheath for its amazing restaurants and cafes.
I viewed a quite a few places in the area and then found my place in Syon Lodge and it ticked every box - low maintenance flat, well looked after building & communal gardens, off street parking and all in a beautiful tree lined road, 10 min walk to station. Bingo!
I've had the flat for 12 years now and can honestly say that it has lived up to everything I initially bought it for. It's been so easy to look after and when I married and had children and needed a bigger place I was lucky enough to keep hold if it and rent it out so easily. It's proven to be a great investment and I'd buy it all over again! Sad to let it go, had many great years living in this flat.
